Forms should be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of meeting at which the funding is being
requested.

Terms & Conditions

• Grants should only be committed to projects as defined above.
• If the final total cost of the project is less than grant provided, any surplus funds should be returned to the Rawdon-Smith Trust.
• All projects should be completed with 12 months of funding being received.
• Rawdon-Smith Trust may request an update on any projects or request proof of expenditure.
• All agreed grants will be paid by BACS into the nominated bank account
